In School Your Way, we get you there by taking you through these steps:
- Get clear on what you want school to do and be like for your kids.
- Put support systems in place so you can draw on your own genius, and the creativity in your community, to respond to each challenge that comes up.
- Mindfully sort out what you need, and don’t need, to create the education you want.
- Start putting your vision into practice.
- Ground yourself and your family to stay solid in working through collaboration.
- Use specific knowledge of the strengths and genius of each family member.
- Create systems to take the load off everyone and to keep updating your plan as needed.
- Take your first, or next, steps to put your plan in action.
This is not about doing more yourself.
One centerpiece of the program is a solid strategy to get all your active school supervision done in 60 minutes a day total or less on most days. Putting your plan into practice is based on a collaboration model – with extensive support to help you get your family on board and working together.
How the program works:
Your training is delivered through a state-of-the-art learning platform software that makes it fun to challenge yourself and build on your successes. You’ll move through 21 trainings that keep you progressing quickly while still being doable in the middle of mom-life.
Personal support is provided in a private Facebook group that gives you ongoing access to an empowering community of other mamas doing school their way.
